Army Families Federation

By SPP Reporter

The Army Families Federation (AFF) is the independent voice of Army families. We passionately represent our unique community: Regular or Reserve, wherever they are based, whatever the make-up of their family.

What does AFF do? Throughout the UK and overseas, AFF provides essential links between families, the Army, government and other decision makers. We work hard on behalf of families to achieve positive changes, and offer guidance on all aspects of Army life. We represent families on a number of relevant boards, groups and other meetings to help influence future policy making and ensure decision makers consider families’ needs.

How can we help? O ur local co-ordinators are often the first point of contact for families struggling with an issue. See them at local events, hear them on local radio and look out for them on social media and local notice boards.

The AFF specialists deal with issues that are more complex and build crucial links with key contacts, to ensure families’ needs are understood and met.
